BASE

On survey we will check that the foundations are suited to the ground conditions of your garden.

We will check the integrity of a concrete slab that is already in place or we will install mini-pile foundations. This will minimise costs and disruption to your garden, they are simply drilled holes, filled with concrete and capped. They provide excellent, strong footings for the structure that will support it for the lifespan of the building.

Yes, our garden rooms can be fully customised in size and shape to fit your garden space perfectly.

DO CABIN GOLF SIMS REQUIRE PLANNING PERMISSION?

Our flat-roof cabins are 3m–3.2m high, so depending on where they’re positioned in your garden, you may need planning permission. In most cases, it’s a simple process, and we’ll provide all the specs and drawings to help with your application.

WILL I GET A WARRANTY WITH MY GARDEN ROOM?

Yes, you will receive a 3 year warranty with each of our garden rooms.
