UK SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Jacks Golf, we provide fast, reliable shipping through trusted couriers including DPD, Royal Mail, and FedEx. All orders are shipped with full tracking, and where available, delivery time slots and notifications are provided.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, or peak periods.
CUSTOM BUILT & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
The following items are classified as custom-built or made-to-order:
- Golf shafts (cut, built, or customised to specification)
- Golf simulator wall panels
- Any product modified or built specifically to customer requirements
Production Time: Please allow up to 10 working days for build and preparation prior to dispatch.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Once an order for a custom-built item is placed, production begins immediately. As such:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started
- Custom-built items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of a verified fault or defect
- These terms are in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (exemption for personalised/custom goods)
By placing an order for a custom-built item, you agree to these terms.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via tracked express services.
- Delivery times vary by destination
- Customers are fully responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs charges
- Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned, with any return costs deducted from a refund where applicable
DELIVERY TERMS & PROOF OF DELIVERY
Jacks Golf remains responsible for goods until they are delivered to the address provided at checkout (or a nominated safe place), in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All shipments include tracking. Where available, the following may be used as evidence of successful delivery:
- Courier tracking confirmation
- GPS delivery scans
- Time-stamped delivery records
- Photographic proof of delivery
- Signature confirmation (where applicable)
Where carrier records confirm delivery to the address provided, this shall be considered successful fulfilment of the order.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must ensure:
- Delivery details are accurate and complete at checkout
- The delivery location is secure and accessible
Jacks Golf is not responsible for failed delivery due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Recipient unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, redelivery charges will apply.
MISSING OR DISPUTED DELIVERIES
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
- You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date
- We will initiate a courier investigation
- During this time, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed
Claims will only be upheld where the courier confirms the parcel was lost or misdelivered.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels.
- Items may arrive at different times
- Please allow 24 hours from the first delivery before reporting missing items
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
By placing an order, you agree to our shipping and fulfilment terms.
- Chargebacks raised for items that show confirmed delivery via carrier tracking may be disputed with evidence including GPS, timestamp, and delivery confirmation data
- Chargebacks raised for custom-built items will be challenged based on the made-to-order exemption under UK law
- We reserve the right to provide all relevant order, production, and delivery evidence to payment providers in dispute cases
