Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@jacksgolf.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer will be responsible for covering the return expenses.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Some products are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (such as grooming products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about a particular product, please contact us before purchasing.

Please Note:

Custom golf shafts fitted with a Grip n’ Tip are deemed final sale and are ineligible for return or refund once assembly has commenced, irrespective of whether the order has been dispatched.

SimSpace Enclosure & SimSpace Deluxe Net - All returns must be sent back in the original packaging, with every component included, and in unused condition. If any parts show signs of assembly or wear — for example, poles marked from setting up the frame — the item can only be resold as “used”. In these situations, a refurbishment or restocking fee of 15–25% may apply. We always try to avoid this charge where possible, but it may be unavoidable depending on the condition received.

Pre-Built PC Warranty & Usage Notice

All pre-built PCs supplied by Jacks Golf are covered by a 12-month hardware warranty, protecting against manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.

This warranty includes:

  • Repair or replacement of faulty components
  • Labour costs associated with diagnosing and fixing hardware issues
  • Full system support (return-to-base)

Important Usage Requirements

To ensure optimal performance and maintain warranty coverage, systems must be used in a well-ventilated environment.

The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from:

  • Restricted airflow (e.g. enclosed cupboards, cabinets, or blocked fans)
  • Overheating caused by improper placement or ventilation
  • User modifications, misuse, or unauthorised repairs
  • Accidental damage (liquid spills, drops, power surges)
  • Software issues, viruses, or third-party installations

Warranty Process

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and diagnostic testing.
If a fault is found to be caused by conditions outside of normal use, the warranty may be void. In such cases, we will provide a repair quote before any work is carried out.

Returns

Customers are responsible for safely returning the system for inspection. We strongly recommend retaining original packaging where possible.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
